Foreclosure settlements from the largest home lenders in the US coming to borrows this summer!
If you were in foreclosure in 2009 or 2010 you could be getting a settlement check from your lender! The agreement, reached earlier this year, provides $3.6 billion in cash payments to borrowers whose homes were in any stage of foreclosure in 2009 or 2010, and whose mortgages were serviced by: Aurora, Bank of America, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, MetLife Bank, Morgan Stanley, PNC, Sovereign, SunTrust, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo. Check the article for details. This won't heal all of your hurt, but ths is VERY exciting news for homeowners who were burned in the process. http://ow.ly/jU7rq
