The market pulse for June doesn't look any better for buyers. Multiple offers and ALL CASH buyers dominate the market, which fuel the housing prices. If you are a first time home buyer or even a move up buyer, you are being pushed out of today's housing market. If you are a seller- now is the time. The forecast for the fall is that inventory is going to loosen up, so you will see prices stabilize.
